Job description:The Digital Marketing and Communications Head would be responsible for developing & implementing digital marketing strategies.

The Digital Marketing and Communications Head would be responsible for marketing the Institute via the company website, social media, web analytics, e-mail marketing, mobile app platform, as well as engaging with key influencers in the social media space. Additionally, the individual would support the Marcom team with media research to support media spend decisions and would be responsible for communication related activities with the institute’s partners.

Responsibilities:

Indicative Tasks

Participate in preparing the digital marketing strategy:

  • Participate in creating the digital marketing strategy of the institution.
  • Plan & execute all web, social media, search engine optimization, website marketing initiatives so as to achieve the business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and update inputs from multiple sources.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure that JAGSOM is at the forefront of industry developments (eg. mobile marketing).

Execution of all Social Media Plans:

  • Contribute to Institute and sector blogs, online promotions and offers to attract new customers and create awareness such as online shows etc, including but not limited to app based promotions.
  • Creation of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns.
  • Execution and monitoring of campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
  • Work towards reducing the website bounce rate and improving conversion.
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
  • Create a unique presence and attract high number of visitors to social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and also in education portals.
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns through digital marketing. Also develop and integrate content marketing strategies in the social media platform to reach target audience.

Website design and development:

  • Manage the website, regularly create and update content, and increase the number of visitors to the website
  • Track online leads and pass it on to the admissions team, and plan & create website banners with the help of design team.

Monitor effectiveness & Budget adherence:

  • Measure Marketing effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns with various metrics like content downloads, Lead volume, Social media engagement, Subscribers, Website traffic, Lead-to-admission rate, etc.
  • Monitor marketing spends and report on potential financial consequences.
  • Monitor visitors and their demographic information - geographies, gender, age, as well as provide inputs for refining digital marketing strategies

Vendor Management:

  • Work closely with external design agencies and vendors. Negotiate costs and terms.
  • Source and manage vendor relationships for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for timely payments to the vendors

Job description: The ideal Research Fellow would be an active young researcher who is open to learning and is ready to work with Research Associates and Faculty members to engage in active research and to convert student research projects into quality research papers that are publishable in Scopus/WoS/ABDC indexed/category journals.

Additionally, he/she will be expected to work with research associates and faculty members on funded projects, corporate projects, and patents within a structured time frame in a systematic and transparent fashion. The candidate must be in a position to take a target and his/her performance will be measured against the same.

The Research Fellow will also get an opportunity to work with senior Professors on their personal research projects and with various Centres of Excellence, resulting in a superior learning experience for selected candidates.

The Research Fellow will also have to assist the Research Resource Centre for various administrative tasks.

Key Purpose of the Job: The position is responsible for managing the Quality functions of the IFIM Institutions. This includes the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This position participates in internal audits and processes to sustain and build a quality culture in the Insitute that meet the requirements of students & certifying bodies

Educational Qualification / Experience required: Graduation is mandatory, and post graduation is desired with 3-4yrs of work experience.

Ownership of the Quality Management System:

  • Work under the guidance of CAG to design, build, deploy, control, measure, review and improve the Quality policies and objectives
  • Document all processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives at IFIM.
  • Work with IFIM internal teams to draft the Quality manual to ensure all jobs have well defined processes, procedures and process owner.
  • Map the process flows and record/track the changes/updates in the process manual and ensure it gets captured in the QMS in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate with the process owners and CAG and work towards continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and provision of services in the most cost- and resource-efficient manner, creating room for expansion, growth, and profit.

Internal & External Audits - Planning & Management:

  • Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the Quality management Policy.
  • Check for the QMS conformity during the audit process.
  • Record for non-confirmity. Discuss this with the process owner and understand the implications of the non-confirmity. Also, report the incident with CAG & Management.
  • In the cases where non-confirmity is because of process/procedure improvement, work with the process owner to revise the module reflecting the deviation so as to improve the quality of service & student experience
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken for any non-confirmation(s) from QMS
  • Conduct student/ user surveys to measure satisfaction & advise on ways of improving satisfaction levels
  • Undertaking the necessary preparations including advising faculty and staff and providing information for external quality audits and reviews by awarding bodies to ensure positive outcomes.

Design and conduct periodic training:

  • Design a professional development strategy to ensure that the training needs are analysed and prioritised to develop a training plan

  • Collection of course outlines from faculty and making them available on LMS
  • Preparation of Honorarium of Visiting Faculty
  • Preparation of student information system
  • Maintenance of academic records
  • Taking necessary action on request from students relating to academics
  • Preparation of MIS reports as per requirements
  • Assisting the Registrar in all academic and administrative functions including convocations, registration and orientation.

Other Skillsets:
